Home Labratory Glassware

It’s nearly impossible to find glassware to use in a home lab. Even a quick search on the internet turns up few results. I used to get my glassware from UnitedNuclear, but I found that Amazon has some good lab glassware that ships quickly and costs less if you don’t need to buy tons of glassware at once. Just the other week I had to buy a 1L beaker (I know, huge, right?). I was so excited when I got it in the mail and it was still in one piece. Anyway, try out Amazon, I think you’ll be pleased.

Warning: No matter how many times I say this, people still ask; It is ILLEGAL to own lab glassware in some states (Texas) without having proper permits, etc.  I have no idea if it’s even legal to have glassware shipped to these states.  Also, I don’t which states it’s legal and illegal.  Even if you have completely innocent intentions the government really doesn’t care… you can still get fined and arrested!  Check your local laws.
